Episode 1: Preparing for the Apocalypse

Their article posits that the government has not met its burden innovating to protect U.S. citizens from chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear attacks. They propose an approach for using public-private partnerships and Other Transaction Authority to catalyze such innovation and protect us from the apocalypse.
